Apple iMac

What has brought you here Persian. I bring you Aluminum(Al) and Glass(SiO2), Al and SiO2, you come here and threaten my people with slavery and ...... Wow, I've watched 300 one too many times lately and this is how Steve Jobs introduced it*. Today Apple Inc., introduced the all new iMac with a brushed aluminum case and . It will only come in a 20" and 24" starting at $1199 with an Intel 2.0Ghz Core 2 Duo, 1GB of ram, 250GB HD, 8x Superdrive, an ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT with 128MB memory and top off at $2299 for the 24" with a 2.8GHz Intel Core 2 Extreme, 2GB of ram, 500GB HD, 8x double-layer SuperDrive, and an ATI Radeon HD 2600 PRO with 256MB memory. I am really impressed by look of this new edition and found it funny that they compared it to a Dell system.

On the Mac Mini side, they finally updated that little thing too, finally put in the Intel Core 2 Duo chip. It starts at $599 for a 1.83GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 1GB Ram, 80 GB HD.

*"iMac sets new standards for elegance and power. It packs a complete, high-performance computer into its all-in-one design. With its anodized aluminum frame and glass cover, it’s striking to behold. The glossy widescreen display — available in 20- and 24-inch sizes — makes photos and movies come alive with rich color. The use of recyclable glass and aluminum makes iMac friendlier to the environment, too." source
