It's not delivery

Aaron and I used our RT skills to make this pizza from scratch. He made the dough and I made the sauce. It was pretty good. It might take us a couple more times to perfect. I definitely will let you know the moment the best pizza in the world is made.

This weeks picks

I went and saw Batman Begins this weekend, I must say that it one of the best for that franchise. After the last two, I never thought they would even think about letting anyone make another. I was happy the way this one was written to find out how Batman got his start. Bottom line, I recommend you seeing it.

Also, I just picked up the band Kaiser Chiefs Employment CD. I am addicted to the song Oh My God. No, they are not a Christian band. I really like them, check them out.

Nerds playing Warcraft

I probably need to set you up for this one, well, there is this PC game called The World of Warcraft that is played by the nerdiest of nerds (we will call them people) and maybe by some normal people on the web. There was this group of people that we planning some attack on some monsters, everyone was waiting and planning their attack. Then there was a man named Leroy Jenkins that is just sitting there (probably out of the room while everyone is planning) all of the sudden Leroy comes back and yells his name and dashes in without everyone. They all panic and follow him in. The rest is history..... Funny stuff, maybe to nerdy for you, but I sure find it funny.

You will need to download the windows media file, just click here Leroy Jenkins.

Star Wars Episode III on DLP

On Sunday a group of us drove down to San Francisco to see Star Wars at the Sony Metreon. The drive down was fun, but long, we hit traffic in Emeryville and it took 40 minutes to get through the toll booth before the bay bridge. We thought that we would have a little time before the show to walk around and see what was around, but with the over 3 hour drive to get to S.F. we bought our tickets and took our seats. I just have to say that if you haven't already seen Star Wars III or if you have only seen it once in a normal theater, then you must go see it at the Sony Metreon. Why? Well, let me tell you about the Sony Metreon, it is by far the best theater in northern California. It has 15 screens of THX approved goodness. THX is a brand of excellence that was developed by Lucas back when Return of the Jedi came out in 1983. If you go into a theatre with this approval, you know that you are going to experiencing a movie the way that the director had intended. That means that the sound and visual will be perfect, and if for some reason it is not, you can call their hotline and complain. I had to do that a couple times when I used to see movies in Roseville at the UA Olympus Pt. and now they don't have a THX approved theatre ( I wonder why?). Back to the Metreon, the screen we saw it on was a DLP screen which in a few words means that the picture you are seeing is a complete digital copy of the film playing off a hard drive through special projectors developed by Texas Instruments called DLP (Digital Light Projection) instead of playing on traditional film projectors. This is the way of the future, Lucas, Rodriguez and others have shot their films in the digital format and what better way to show the movie, than the way it was shot DIGITAL. Benefits of digital screen are that if you don't like to see films when the crowds are too big or you just don't have the time for a few weeks or you just want to see Star Wars 100 times, you know that the picture will look the same every time you see it. On traditional film movies after playing it 5 - 10 times a day 7 days a week, the film will start to stretch, which can cause lines, imperfections, or the worst case scenario break. So, do yourself a favor and head to the Metreon ASAP to see it on the DIGITAL screen. Hope I didn't confuse you much, but enjoy.

PS I hope you are happy landlord.

Theo, Version 3.1

I am officially older, today I turn 3.1. Yes 3.1. I don't look or feel any different except for having a strange dream last night about some moving trucks getting hit by a train. I have no idea what that was about. Well, you can send your large denomination gifts to my Post Office box or better yet drop it off at my work.

Your welcome to come

A group of us are going to San Francisco to see Star Wars Revenge of the Sith on Sunday June 12, 2005 at 4:10, at the Sony Metreon (the best theater I have ever been to in Northern Cal). Anyone want to come down, your more than welcome. Why San Francisco, well it is a THX approved theater and it has a digital screen. The way that George wanted us to see it.
