The Best PS3 Dynamic Theme

Hands down this is the best Dynamic Theme you can buy for you PS3.

Netflix disc-less Streaming on PS3 & on Wii

I keep going back and forth who has the best Netflix streaming choice, and I now think it goes PS3, Apple TV, and then Xbox 360. If the Apple TV adds the percentage of viewed display then it might become #1 as it is super silent compared to the PS3.

Update: Thanks to Jimmythegun pointing this out, the Wii has been updated too with Netflix being a Channel now, but it is still not in HD so my odds of watching this are slim to none. Enjoy.

So I got around to watching the original The Day the Earth Stood Still the other day and as soon as this phrase came up I chuckled. All these years I thought it was just part of Army of Darkness. So I thought I would post my findings that sci-fi fans have known forever.

What is wrong with CBS?

This was going to be a post about my new favorite show The Big Bang Theory. I started watching it at the end of the 3rd season last May. The other night my Tivo's recording of the show was messed up by a antenna reception problem, so I first went to CBS.com and all I could find was clips, then I checked iTunes, nothing, so it forced me to the dark alleys of the internets. What is wrong CBS? You are the #1 network and yet you make it so difficult to watch your shows on the internet. I don't understand as FOX, NBC, ABC all have solutions as in HULU, ABC app for iPad or their respective sites.

I got this screen shot from the CBS site, seriously you need wake up and smell the coffee.

Star Wars Blu-ray announcement!!!

It's finally official that the complete Star Wars movie set will make it's way on Blu-ray in 2011 for the 35th anniversary. I read about the rumors on Blu-ray.com a few months ago and today George Lucas announced it at Celebration V in Orlando and played this new clip.

iOS 4 oops

Oops I installed iOS 4 tonight. Thanks to @snoopmikey for telling me that he just installed iOS 4 on Twitter. It required installing a beta of iTunes and the site I got the files from has either been shut down or been killed by the internets. Good luck finding it. Multitasking, lock screen, folders, I like it all. I can't wait until the official iOS 4 & iPhone 4 comes out in the coming weeks.

The next iPhone will be available for pre-order June 15th and on sale June 24. The operating system will now be called iOS4 instead of iPhone OS4 since that is the OS for iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad and soon the Apple TV. The screen will be 3.5 inches with a resolution of 960 x 640 and it will shoot 720P video with iMovie available in the App store for $4.99. The processor will be the same Apple A4 as found in the iPad. It will be available in Black or White with 16GB or 32GB priced at $199 and $299 and for the bargain hunters you will be able to get the old 3GS for $99. Netflix will be coming to the iPhone this summer and now I can see why AT&T changed their data plans.
